good and bad point of summer vacation

So I like long vacation like summer vacation or spring vacation. But any bad points of summer vacation are we'll feel languid usually. For instance we can't adjust getting up time or going to bed, study hard by ourselves, waste much money to do we want to and so on. That is why there are any good or bad points of summer vacation.
