BR:2-02 The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse

“‘Ah! He says happily. ‘It’s good to be home again” [p.19]

I read this story, I remembered I had read one when I was a child.

Two mice have some different lifestyles each other. So they felt own lifestyle and home are the best for each other. I have experience like this. When I was in Minnesota for Kaigaikenshuu and stayed with my host family’s house, I felt my house is the best for me. Because we have some different lifestyles each other, so a lot of things were strange for me then. For example, they eat a lot of sweets every day; Cookies, cakes, ice creams, anything else.

My real mother taught me too eat sweet things are bad for our health. So I couldn’t eat many sweets every day. I could eat a sweet a few times a week. Maybe, I felt strange in Minnesota is difference of culture between America and Japan. It was natural for America but it wasn’t strange for me as Japanese.

I had experienced a lots about thinking my home is the best. Anyway, most of people feel own town, home, lifestyle are the best than others because they have ever lived their lifestyle.
