BR:2-1 Elmo says ACHOO!

"Achoo! Elmo sneezes. The clowns all tumble down" [p.22]
I read this story; I felt there are some ways to sneeze all over the world. In this story, way to sneeze is "ACHOO!” In Japan, way to sneeze is "HAKKUSHON!” If one person sneezes in Japan, we think that person is having cold? Or he is gossiped by someone? And we speak him, “You’re having cold? or someone gossips about you!”
In America, way to sneeze is ACHOO. If American sneezes, others say “Bless you”. I thought it was marvelous idea. Even if that person is a stranger, they can say it naturally each other.

Maybe, there are a lot of ways to sneeze all over the world and what to say after someone sneezing. This story is very interesting for me.
